LABOR LAW CONFERENCE 2017

On April 4th 2017 the next year of the Conference on the labor law took the place in the Radisson Blu Carlton Hotel in Bratislava. On the Conference the speech was made not only by professor JUDr. Helena Barancová, DrSc., but also by the representatives of the bodies on the protection of law, who professionally deal with the issues of labor law (judiciary, labor inspection) and last but not least also by the representatives from a number of reputable law firms.

Effective 1 January 2017, an amendment to Act 222/2004 Coll. on value added tax (Section 79a) allows taxpayers to be compensated for excess VAT not refunded while a tax audit is in progress.
