    CREATORS OF RECODIFICATION LECTURED LAWYERS THE OUR LAW FIRM SOUKENÍK – ŠTRPKA ON THE NEW PROCEDURAL CODES

    Our lawyers took part in an all-day training course on the new procedural laws: Code of Contentious Civil Procedure, Code of Non-Contentious Civil Procedure and Code of Administrative Procedure in the City Hotel in Bratislava.
    Lectures on the current topic were given by the creators of the recodification of civil procedural law, doc. JUDr. Marek Števček, PhD. and JUDr. Jana Baricová.
