Roman Oršula, associate

JUDr. Roman Oršula, attorney-at-law born in 1993 in Bojnice. In 2017 he graduated at University of Trnava, Faculty of Law, where he defended his graduation thesis titled „Cross-border Merger“. Subsequently in 2021 he defended a doctoral thesis titled „Legal Regulation of Bills“ at the University of Trnava, Faculty of Law, for which he acquired the title „JUDr.“. In his legal practice he mainly focuses on areas of real estate law, law for bills of exchange, public procurement, hunting law as well as other areas of mainly civil and administrative law. He also focuses on the area of criminal law with an emphasis on a defence of prosecuted persons in the criminal proceedings.

During his insofar legal practice within the area of real estate law he has provided to the clients legal services in connection with preparation of multiple significant development projects where in this regard he has dealt with issues of property settlement, legal advice in area of zoning, construction and building approval proceedings, preparation of contractual documentation concerning the ensuring of construction implementation, sale of real estate etc. In the area of real estate law he also gained experience by representing clients in legal disputes concerning legal relations towards agricultural lands, expropriation and provision of compensation for loss of ownership title by expropriation as well as in connection with issues of duplicate registration of ownership rights in the land registry. In addition to the above, he provides legal services in the area of public procurement to (inter alia) a major client in the area of bus transport.

He provides legal services in Slovak and English language.
