Monika Királová, senior associate

Mgr. Monika Királová, LL.M., attorney-at-law, graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Comenius University in Bratislava in 2009. During the academic year 2011/2012, she advanced her education in the field of International and Comparative Private Law at the University of Groningen in the Netherlands, whereas she received cum laude Master degree (LL.M.).

From August 2009 until September 2010, she worked as a junior lawyer at the law firm DLA PIPER WEISS-TESSBACH Rechtsanwälte GmbH, o. z. From October 2010 until June 2015, she worked at the law firm Schönherr Rechtsanwälte GmbH, o. z. (initially as a junior lawyer, since 2014 as attorney-at-law), where she participated in numerous due diligence audits and specialized in cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Before joining the team of the law firm SOUKENÍK – ŠTRPKA, s. r. o. in 2017, she had worked as a senior lawyer in a company engaged in energy business for two years. In her practice, she focuses on food law, commercial contract law, administrative law and corporate law. She provides legal counsel in Slovak, English and German.
