Milan Béreš, junior associate

Mgr. Milan Béreš, junior associate, born in 1998 in Vranov nad Topľou. Currently. In 2022, Milan successfully graduated with honours from Comenius University, Faculty of Law. He is member of the SOUKENÍK-ŠTRPKA law firm since June 2018 where he previously worked as a paralegal.
Milan did an internship abroad at the law firm Eversheds Sutherland LLP in Cambridge in September 2019 related to the ICC international arbitrations. His experience includes participation in the world´s largest and oldest moot court - Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. Milan is also school round winner of roman law moot court competition in 2018. He also attended seminars in Germany and Serbia related to commercial law and international arbitrations. Milan Béreš is the author and co-author of several professional legal publications. In his diploma thesis, Milan focused on domestic as well as foreign legal aspects of arbitration costs.
In his current practice, he focuses mainly on commercial law, civil law, administrative law, public procurement and litigation including arbitrations. He would like to specialize in these areas of law in the future.
