Ľubica Martináková, associate
JUDr. Ľubica Martináková, LL.M., PhD., attorney-at-law, was born in Šaľa, the Slovak Republic, in 1985. She graduated in 2008 from the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava. Subsequently, in 2009, she completed her studies in the field of common law, international and commercial law (LL.M.) at the University of Sydney in Australia.
In her legal practice she worked for various domestic and international law firms as well as an international consulting company. She focused mainly on civil, commercial and employment law. In 2015, she passed the bar examination and after taking the oath, she was admitted to the Slovak Bar Association as of 1 January 2016.
She has been a member of the professional team of law firm SOUKENÍK - ŠTRPKA, s. r. o. since 2023, and within her practice, she specializes mainly on the field of commercial and civil law, with a focus on contract law and corporate law. She provides legal advice in Slovak and English language.
