EXEMPLA IURIS

SOUKENÍK – ŠTRPKA is an exclusive partner of edition Exempla iuris, published by Kalligram. The objective of this edition is to fill the gap in the relatively underrepresented area of jurisprudence, such as the philosophy of law, legal theory issues, relationship between the state and law, social and political role of law, and alternatively the questions of ethics and their reflection in the legal thinking.
