ARBITRATION AND DISCIPLINARY ASPECTS OF DISQUALIFYING LAWYERS IN ARBITRATION PROCEEDINGS

SOUKENÍK - ŠTRPKA is pleased to announce that an article entitled "Arbitration and Disciplinary Aspects of Disqualification of Counsel in Arbitration Proceedings" has been published in the current issue of the Bulletin of the Slovak Bar Association.
